Cheniere Energy focuses on liquefied natural gas (LNG) infrastructure in the United States. It owns and operates major LNG terminals in Sabine Pass, Louisiana, and Corpus Christi, Texas. The company supports these facilities with the 94-mile Creole Trail pipeline and the 21.5-mile Corpus Christi pipeline, connecting terminals to extensive interstate and intrastate natural gas networks. Beyond infrastructure, Cheniere actively markets LNG and natural gas. Established in 1983, it is based in Houston, Texas.
