Phillips 66 is a diversified energy company operating through four segments: Midstream, Chemicals, Refining, and Marketing & Specialties (M&S). Midstream manages infrastructure for transporting, storing, and processing crude oil, NGLs, and natural gas. Chemicals produces olefins, aromatics, styrenics, and specialty products. Refining transforms feedstocks into gasoline, distillates, and renewable fuels across 12 U.S. and European refineries. M&S markets refined products and manufactures lubricants and base oils.
