Established in 1984 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, ASE Technology Holding provides global semiconductor packaging, testing, and electronic manufacturing services. Its portfolio includes advanced flip chip BGA, CSP, 3D/stacked die integration, fan-out wafer-level packaging, and SiP modules.
