Operating out of Calgary, Canada, Tenaz Energy Corp. is an energy firm dedicated to the acquisition and development of petroleum and natural gas assets throughout central Alberta. By December 31, 2021, the company had established considerable stakes in various properties: an 85.7% working interest across 36,208 acres at the Leduc-Woodbend Rex Pool property; a 52.4% working interest over 1,920 acres in the Leduc-Woodbend Glauconitic D Unit No.1 property; and an 87.5% working interest in 7,175 acres located in the Entice region. Furthermore, its operations involved 30 actively producing oil wells, alongside 35 others that were not yet yielding output. The entity previously known as Altura Energy Inc. officially adopted the name Tenaz Energy Corp. in October 2021.
