Its lending portfolio is extensive, featuring real estate loans such as commercial, residential, SBA-backed property, and construction financing. The company also provides commercial and industrial loans, including term loans, lines of credit, SBA commercial term loans, and past SBA Paycheck Protection Program loans. Additionally, consumer lending options are available for automobile-secured and personal loans. Customers benefit from modern digital and accessible services, including online banking for account management, transfers, bill payment, and electronic statements, alongside mobile banking with remote check deposit and mobile bill pay. Further convenience is offered through automated teller machines, telephone banking, banking by mail, personal appointments, debit cards, direct deposit, and cashier's checks. The bank also provides treasury management, wire transfer, and automated clearing house services. PCB Bancorp operates 11 full-service branches across Los Angeles and Orange counties in California, complemented by individual full-service locations in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, and Bayside, New York. Beyond its branch network, it maintains 10 loan production offices strategically located in Irvine, Artesia, and Los Angeles, California; Annandale, Virginia; Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; Bellevue, Washington; Aurora, Colorado; Carrollton, Texas; and New York, New York. Established in 2003, the company was previously known as Pacific City Financial Corporation before rebranding as PCB Bancorp in July 2019. Its corporate headquarters are located in Los Angeles, California.
