For its commercial clientele, this segment supplies credit facilities, deposit and investment accounts, international trade finance, foreign exchange services, payroll administration, cash management solutions, a range of insurance plans, and electronic banking capabilities. Its Wealth Management arm focuses on advanced investment strategies, fiduciary services, banking, and lending, alongside other sophisticated wealth-building offerings. The Financial Markets group provides corporate banking, strategic advisory services, and capital market functions, encompassing project funding, underwriting for both debt and equity offerings, and expert advice on mergers, acquisitions, and financing. Finally, the U.S. Specialty Finance and International division specializes in niche financial products within the United States, while also extending general financial services to individuals and businesses in Cambodia. This segment further presents a variety of investment vehicles, such as guaranteed investment certificates, mutual funds, structured notes, and monetization services. The bank makes its services accessible through an extensive network of 384 physical branches and 927 automated teller machines (ATMs). Tracing its origins to 1859, National Bank of Canada maintains its corporate headquarters in Montreal, Canada.
