For commercial entities, this segment extends credit, facilitates deposits and investments, assists with international trade, foreign exchange, payroll management, cash flow solutions, business insurance, and electronic transactions, complemented by other supporting services. The Wealth Management division provides sophisticated investment strategies, trust administration, bespoke banking and lending services, and comprehensive wealth planning. Through its Financial Markets division, the bank offers corporate banking solutions, strategic advisory services, and capital markets expertise, encompassing project financing, underwriting of both debt and equity offerings, and advisory support for mergers, acquisitions, and various financing endeavors. The U.S. Specialty Finance and International segment focuses on specialized financial offerings within the United States, alongside delivering financial products and services to individuals and businesses in Cambodia. It further includes diverse investment solutions, guaranteed investment certificates (GICs), mutual funds, promissory notes, structured products, and monetization services. Client access is facilitated through its extensive network of 384 branches and 927 automated banking machines. Established in Montreal, Canada, in 1859, the bank remains headquartered there.
