The Food Packaging segment focuses on manufacturing and supplying various casings—such as cellulosic, fibrous, and plastic types—that are essential for preparing processed meat products. Its extensive Real Estate operations encompass leasing commercial properties (retail, office, and industrial), constructing and selling residential units and single-family homes, and managing golf courses, clubs, hotels, and timeshare resorts. The Home Fashion division is responsible for the entire lifecycle of consumer home products, from manufacturing and sourcing to marketing, distribution, and sales. Lastly, the Pharmaceutical segment provides a range of medicinal products and related services. Established in 1987, Icahn Enterprises L.P. maintains its principal corporate office in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.
