It also encompasses another residential apartment building offering 264 units alongside 6,758 square feet of retail area. Furthermore, this segment includes a 294-unit garden-style apartment community located in Henrico County, Virginia, which comprises 19 three-story apartment buildings, totaling 273,940 rentable square feet. Established in 2014, FRP Holdings, Inc. maintains its headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida.
