Furthermore, it operates a facility in East Dubuque, Illinois, which specializes in manufacturing nitrogen fertilizers in the form of both ammonia and urea ammonium nitrate (UAN). UAN products are predominantly supplied to the agricultural sector, while ammonia finds application in both farming and diverse industrial settings. Established in 1906, the firm's corporate headquarters are situated in Sugar Land, Texas. CVR Energy, Inc. ultimately functions as a subsidiary of Icahn Enterprises L.P.
